higher mountains
Some days are just like that: you climb high mountains, you tell the fears in their face 'you are not holding me back in the name of Jesus', you breath deep and you go. Just like Moses heard: "climb higher up in the mountain." Life with Jesus is like that. He invites us to climb mountains in faith that he will be with us all along. When you get to the top, wait there. Don't freak out. Keep climbing over fear, doubt, pride and sin. Because on the top of the mountain God will speak. He truly will. He will restore, call you more into himself: to deep intimacy. Life with Jesus is worth it. Always climbing higher and higher all the way until the greatest of days in which all the mountains of this life will not even compare to the wonderful glory of entering His rest. No more climbing. Just enjoying the view. {I climbed lots today, and I'm tired. But I also know Jesus more intimately, and for that it was worth it}
